The successful candidate must be highly organised, driven and determined with a strong work ethic, which will enable them to be responsible for the sales of products and services across London and the South East.

Role Responsibilities

  • Translate the strategic guidelines to a dynamic Account Plan for each focus area in the territory.
  • Monitors a forecast of sales targets that are to be achieved monthly.
  • Winning new customers (Hospitals, Wound Networks) and maintenance and expansion of existing customers to build a long-term relationship.
  • Making product sales presentations, trainings and further education for our customers, stakeholder, and new colleagues.
  • Maintain and enlarge commercial contacts with crucial key clients, high potentials, or decision-making units (DMU’s) in order to build a long-term relationship and achieve the assumed turnover. DMU’s are to be defined through a mapping, which needs to be regularly reviewed in consultation with the Sales Director; then updated in the CRM system.
  • Initiate actions towards key customers in collaboration with Line Manager and the marketing department with the aim of creating customers’ loyalty and products´ knowledge.
  • Assess and follow-up trends and evolutions of customers / institutions to be able to respond to future needs / opportunities of the customers and of the company.
  • Continuously keep up with evolutions and developments by keeping her/his knowledge up to date to deliver a credible service that is based on actual knowledge.
