Our client is a market-leading provider of first-class products in the Dry Eye market. They have an exciting new role, responsible for ensuring product inclusion and clear product positioning on formularies in Primary and Secondary Care.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver quarterly and annual territory targets in line with national budget expectations for the financial year.
  • Focus on sustainable sales growth for territory and region by understanding and working within revenue expectations guidelines.
  • Understand customer goals & drivers to build strong and mutually beneficial relationships, positioning our client as the partner of choice.
  • Build business relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Proactively develop and implement territory plans for sustainable, long term sales success.
  • Review and alter this plan in line with strategy & direction.
  • To work closely with Business Manager, territory colleagues and other divisional colleagues to ensure aligned implementation of business plans.
  • To influence key target stakeholders to include products in their local formularies & protocols.
  • To develop strong business partnerships with key stakeholders and to ensure our client are seen as a partner of choice.
  • Provide training, product trials and value propositions to key customers to ensure they have the relevant clinical and financial information.
  • Communicate market and competitor information with a focus on sharing potential opportunities with colleagues to maximise business potential. Where appropriate forward customer enquiries to other divisions.
  • Develop efficient and effective call / route planning to maximise use of time.
  • Effectively use agreed business reporting tools and comply with expected standards: CRM System, expenses, car policy, SOP's.
