Evolve are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with one of the fastest growing Pharmaceutical organisations in the UK, that possess an extensive product range within the Dermatology & GI markets. Our client is seeking a motivational and committed Training Manager to work on a National basis across the UK. This role will be responsible for training and educating all sales teams and the market access team, by planning and delivering training sessions and aids to ensure effective delivery of the company’s commercial goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Department in the development of product training materials aligned to the brand plans.
  • Review individual appraisal forms, PDP documents and field visit forms etc. to ensure the training delivered is relevant and meets the needs of the individual as well as identifying trends for groups within the organisation.
  • Conduct coaching field visits with members of the team as identified in conjunction with the RBMs.
  • Support the transition of new starters from their initial training into the field during their first four weeks within the business.
  • Influence and support training requirements at sales meetings.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and deliver required training across both Rx sales teams and the market access team.
  • Support the development of the Marketing Team and the field based RBM team.
  • Hold regular reviews and ensure monitoring processes are in place to confirm the effectiveness of the training in achieving the initial goals.
  • Coordinate plans and maintain a record of the completion of the ABPI code of practice exam for all new starters.
  • Ensure that agreed training plans and programmes are delivered within the approved training department budget.
