Evolve are recruiting for a niche Pharmaceutical company with an exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team within the Iron Deficiency Anaemia market. Our client is in search of a highly-motivated individual to take on this role as a Hospital Business Manager, responsible for developing and servicing valued partnerships with Healthcare Professionals involved in Iron Therapy across East Anglia.

Role Responsibilities

  • Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets in territory.
  • Key Account Management: Excellent key account management to maximise market access and implementation of the products.
  • Customer identification: Map and prioritise key customers including Consultants, Nurses, Departmental and Principal Pharmacists, Medicines’ Managers, Key Purchasers, Procurement Specialists and CCG leads.
  • Customer planning: Prioritise, plan, coordinate, follow-up and evaluate customer activities to maximise ROI of customer engagement campaigns in the territory.
  • Support customers of the company’s other products.
  • Keep ‘Performance Score Board’ and prioritised 5-10 Key Account plans (IV iron unit, synopsis, objectives, activity plans) in KAM system up-to-date on a daily basis for performance assessment and management support, including customer engagement, call/meeting reporting and business administration.
  • Leverage the company’s corporate brand in territory.
