About the Job

A new opportunity has arisen with a rapidly-expanding, UK based Pharmaceutical company that bring specialist products to the Dermatology market. Our client is in search for a motivated and driven Sales Account Executive to promote a market-leading range of skincare products into specific CCGs, with the aim to achieve positive formulary inclusions in Primary Care. The role will work across the Pan Mersey area, incorporating Cheshire, Merseyside, Warrington and Wirral.

Role Responsibilities

  • To deliver targeted territory sales performance within an agreed budget.
  • Implementing national and local marketing campaigns.
  • Work with CCG’s and other relevant NHS organisations that formulate guidance or issue formularies to gain inclusion of our products within guidance or on formularies.
  • Accountable for implementation of “pull-through” action plan in the community to an excellent standard in line with actions from the local health economy plan.
  • Support team members in the delivering the identified key account plan.
  • Deliver and execute effective and efficient territory planning.
  • Identify key customers and develop sustainable relationships in order to sell products and services in line with the customer need, delivering profitable growth.
  • Provide appropriate product solutions through identifying customer needs in line with account plan objectives.
  • Effective use of clinical and product knowledge to provide a compelling case when selling, representing value proposition.
  • Prepare, analyse and report on calls in order to progress the relationship and develop skills.
  • Effective cross functional working ability.
  • Desire & ability to improve performance and share best practice.
  • Demonstrate duty of care for self and others – adhere to health & safety practices and report any risks.
