About the Job

Evolve are recruiting for a privately-owned, British Pharmaceutical company, with 4 x new opportunities to join a well-established team. Our client is seeking four dynamic Regional Market Access Managers who will be responsible for the delivery of the strategic plans for a leading, cost-saving Dermatology and Ophthalmology franchise across Primary Care, Secondary Care and CCGs. These positions will be covering either of the following territories:
North of England including Northern Ireland
Midlands
London and South East England
South West England and South Wales

Role Responsibilities

  • Delivery of agreed portfolio commercial measures and sales objectives.
  • Develop, propose and agree the strategy and tactics for the region so as to optimise sales growth and profitability.
  • Segment local accounts according to potential and propensity (i.e. likelihood of securing business) and use such analysis to inform account planning.
  • Monitor and critically review implementation of tactical plans against key performance indicators/critical success factors and to take corrective action as required.
  • Prepare and present every quarter an update on local regional situation and strategies to maximise opportunities.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of national and local policy objectives and apply this to identify opportunities for business growth and key drivers for change.
  • Facilitate customer advocacy in relevant areas, to increase awareness of best practice (to include attendance at large regional/national events where required).
  • Complete administration in a timely manner in compliance with company minimum standards.
  • Comply with ABPI code of conduct.
