About the Job

We are currently recruiting for a market leading Pharmaceutical organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Global CRM Manager, on an 8-month fixed term contract. This exciting role will be working from our client’s Head Office in West London.
The role will be responsible for following up on all different topics within Mobile Intelligence. This person will report into the Global Commercial Director.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the change control process within the parameters agreed by the steering group.
  • Project manage changes as they are made, coordinate required testing and liaise with all relevant parties.
  • With liaison with the relevant people, create a CRM strategy for developments in the short and medium term.
  • Book, prepare and run the Steering Group meetings.
  • Send reminders to global people about recording their contacts with customers.
  • Liaison with SFE Manager to identify and work on crossover areas.
  • Liaise with Global Commercial on any future reporting requirements.
  • Assist with the creation of a template that allows consistent processing of the excel data dump for the countries.
  • Link in with reporting projects as and when they occur.
  • Identify, set up and run the processes needed for various admin tasks that have global implications (e.g. New products).
  • Be the main point of contact with the IMS Global Account Manager.
  • Gather the quarterly user numbers and liaise with IMS Global Account Manager to agree the numbers.
  • Liaise with the IMS Global Account Manager to ensure additional invoices are presented with appropriate detail so that all projects can be appropriately identified.
  • Monitor the Global CRM budget and review as required with the Global Commercial Director.
  • Invoice approval.
