About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and confident Business Consultant to join an global, bold Pharmaceutical company with specialist products in Medical Aesthetics. This position will help aesthetics practices throughout South East, East Anglia, South Midlands & London to achieve their growth objectives, changing their structure, increasing revenues or improving efficiency.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify targeted accounts – Work with the sales team to identity 25-30 high potential accounts. All targeted accounts will be approved by the sales management team.
  • Perform needs analysis – Work with the targeted account to identify their needs. This activity is typically accomplished through one on one meeting with the account discussing their goals and identifying the key elements that will enhance their success. The account needs will be prioritised by the BC and agreed to by the account.
  • Develop an Action Plan – The BC will develop a plan of action to meet account needs. This plan will detail the activities to be accomplished, the time lines and the persons responsible for the activity. The BC will present this action plan to the account to gain agreement.
  • Implement the Action Plan – The BC will lead all activities of the action plan to ensure each step is implemented effectively. This will typically be a coordinated effort with the account. The status of the implementation should be reviewed with the account on a regular (min quarterly) basis.
  • Coordinate activity with the sales team – The BC team will disseminate information on the status of all targeted accounts with the sales team. The sales team includes the Head of Business Unit, Practice Development Manager, Product Manager and Marketing Manager.
  • Provide support & direction to Medical management – The BC will maintain a high level of market knowledge and educate the sales team on trends and opportunities within the evolving aesthetic market. This knowledge is typically supported by dedicated reading of medical journals and marketing information.
  • Identify targeted accounts – Work with the sales team to identity 50-100 potential accounts for BE Services. All targeted accounts will be approved by the sales management team.
  • Needs analysis of target customers – The business consultant will provide a need analysis for the targeted accounts with Sales Team and Customer Survey.
  • Plan Business Educational Courses – The business consultant will provide a plan of Business Educational courses and Modules based on customer needs and country strategy. The BC will work with the BC support function/marketing to plan the locations and of the events, timing and sequence and with the BC Support Function.
