Being a popular growing company with a global footprint, they are in search of a keen and lively individual to take on their new role as a Training Manager, based at their Head Office in Buckinghamshire on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role partners with Leaders and functional Managers globally across the regions in the Research & Development Organisation to drive a culture of learning, performance excellence, quality, accountability and efficiency that support compliance, competency and business needs. Furthermore, this position can be regionally or office based and requires travel both within and across regions, so flexibility is essential.
