Our client are a Medical Device organisation, who have a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and flexible environment. This is an exciting new role for our Client, as they are now launching a brand new product into the UK market. The successful candidate will be working as a Clinical Sales Manager across the UK and will involve both travel and home-based work. The Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for the commercial development of the company. Initially working with KOLs and early adopters, the successful candidate will build product awareness, generate and monitor evaluations and ensure clinical adoption, building a footprint for the product in the UK.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage early adopters & KOLs installation, validation and adoption; identify barriers to adoption, build solutions with company Clinical and Product Specialists.
  • Work with stakeholders involved in critical care to address barriers to adoption.
  • Work with the NHS and professional bodies to ensure product acceptance through guidelines and recommendations.
  • Work with Clinicians to broaden the field of application.
  • Managing key accounts with multiple stakeholders involved in a decision.
  • Provide early and clear feedback to the organisation about potential challenges for the product adoption and propose solutions.
  • Monitor installed base performance, identify and communicate about business challenges and opportunities with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Attend selected domestic events to represent the company and sustain KOLs network.
