Territory Manager - Ophthalmology - London & South East
Salary: Highly competitive package + bonus/benefitsEvolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a dynamic and supportive Medical Devices organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Ophthalmology Diagnostic market. This exciting role will be working as a Territory Manager across the London and South East area, incorporating Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
You will be a highly experienced Medical Sales professional with experience working with capital equipment within London.
You must be currently based within London or South East England.
Experience working within the Ophthalmology marketplace is advantageous but not essential.
A proven track record in commercialising products.
Ability to take an account management approach to managing territory business.
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products.
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Achieve all sales targets and objectives as agreed in your region.
Achieve significant market penetration and awareness for the range of diagnostic products.
Maintain the companies targeted margin performance.
Provide education and training to consultants and their associated staff for the range of diagnostic products where applicable.
Increase market penetration of the range of diagnostic equipment.
Assist in the development of sales plans and present these at sales meetings and to the Director for approval/acceptance.
Implement the diagnostic business plan and suggest improvements where necessary to achieve our short and long-term objectives.
Participate in the effective positioning of the company which on occasion may involve some overseas travel and meeting with suppliers.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company and personnel issues.
Participate in and contribute to quarterly regional sales meetings.
Ensure that all required call reporting and planning is adhered to.
