Territory Manager - Surgical - Norfolk, Sussex, Essex M25 Border, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire

Salary: Flexible salary and benefits DOE

Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a dynamic and supportive Healthcare organisation. Our client has an extensive surgical product portfolio. This exciting role will be working as a Territory Manager across East Anglia, incorporating Norfolk, Sussex, Essex M25 Border, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. Our client is ideally looking for an experienced and dynamic salesperson who has ideally successfully worked in the area of Minimally Invasive Surgery, within the same territory boundaries, knows the hospitals and staff. Other backgrounds will also be considered.

Medical Device sales experience is preferred but not essential.
Experience in capital and disposable sales preferred but not essential.
Experience in Biologic mesh sales would be beneficial but not essential.
Demonstrable success within the MIS specialities preferred but not essential.
Live within the territory boundaries.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the division.
Develop quarterly plans designed to achieve revenue targets, managing existing and new customers/accounts in the assigned territory.
Demonstrate planning and prioritising of the assigned territory to maximise opportunities for our client's existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives.
Competent contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
Analyse and report to the Manager the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.
