Business Intelligence Senior Analyst - Based Berkshire
Salary: Above average salary + excellent bonus/benefitsWe have been instructed to recruit for a dynamic and market leading Pharmaceutical company, if you are looking to work in an innovative and tenacious environment as a Business Intelligence Senior Analyst, then this position may be for you. This role will be working across the company's full portfolio of products, and is based at their head office in Berkshire. You will be responsible for providing efficient data analysis, performance measurement and identification of market insights.
Degree level or higher-level qualification in Life sciences or Business preferred.
At least 4 years' work experience in quantitative market research or a marketing information/business intelligence analyst role gained in a heath care company or with information providers/agencies working with health care companies.
Experience with IMS data and CRM data.
Cluster, National and Sub-national data reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and analytical support to aid performance monitoring, sales force sales targets and CRM analytics.
Independently create ad hoc analysis.
Propose innovative data reporting alternatives.
Incorporate a variety of data sources into performance reports.
Recommend KPIs to management, sales and marketing to monitor performance.
Leverage data to identify value added market and brand insights.
Work closely with respective brand team to ensure market insights are communicated and acted upon.
Ownership of Data warehouse management.
Ensure timely receipt of secondary data to data warehouse and for reporting.
Ensure secondary data provision is relevant and adds value to the business.
Identify and evaluate new data sources and recommend secondary data purchases.
Manage relationship with key data vendors.
