Field Clinical Specialist - Cardiology - (FTC - North)

Evolve Selection are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity with a worldwide Medical Device organisation. Our client has an extensive product range within the Cardiovascular market. This exciting role will be working as a Field Clinical Specialist across North East England, North West Yorkshire and Scotland. The role requires you to become a 'Trusted Advisor' within the Cardiac Cath Lab/ Pacing room environment since either the salesperson or a Field Clinical Specialist presence is essential at all procedures to give technical assistance during the implant.

Essential Requirements:
Experience working in a Cardiac Catheter Lab environment is highly advantageous although not critical for this role.
Clinical background ideally in CRM but open to other clinical backgrounds.
Interpersonal skills.
Organised.
Willing to travel.
Team player.

Role Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, serve as primary resource for clinical support consisting of tackling variety of issues relating to troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.
Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using appropriate formats and platforms (e.g., slides, manuals) to keep all customers abreast of the latest company products.
Attend unit implants in Cath Labs of hospital accounts and perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products.
Team up with Sales Rep to meet existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.
Manage boot stock and customer account consignment stock in a timely manner to ensure stock does not expire, using the appropriate electronic stock control systems.
Keep on developing business relationships with hospital personnel through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences.
Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
On-call duties may be required 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
