Digital Marketing Manager - Ostomy - HO Based - Cheshire
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience + excellent benefits packageWe are currently recruiting for a market leading Medical Device organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Digital Marketing Manager within the Ostomy market. This exciting role will be working from our client's Head Office, based in Cheshire.
The goal of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to drive consumer acquisition and loyalty through unique, engaging, and results-driven digital experiences across web, email and social platforms.
Experience leading digital projects with multiple stakeholders from concept to implementation in any industry.
Healthcare marketing experience is advantageous, but not essential.
Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and digital products.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing environment.
Strategic thinker with passion for the customer and the ability to think creatively and analytically.
Persuasive communicator that understands how to effectively balance various points of view, influence others, and find common ground that drives meaningful results.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work load.
Familiarity with website content management systems; eMarketing and CRM systems.
Create and implement online strategies to drive web traffic, brand awareness, acquisition, and conversions across key digital channels – web, email marketing, SEO and SEM activities, social media.
Maximise website User Experience, content and effectiveness, achieving measurable gains in key website metrics.
Strive to produce superior user experiences that drive differentiated customer engagement.
Identify conversion tools, online opportunities to generate leads and maximise brand presence and awareness.
Partner with vendor agency to drive maximum results through SEO and provide recommendation on appropriate online media spend.
Manage campaigns, both offline and online, and continually identify opportunities for conversion and integration.
Lead digital analytics to set benchmarks, track success and refine strategy for website, social media, content and email marketing activity.
Create and maintain a digital calendar of activity and content, ensuring total integration with programmes, product launches and campaigns, demand generation and event marketing.
Liaise with Global product team to ensure product messaging and campaigns are maximised online.
Serve as initial point of contact for all web and email activities; responsible for the roll-out of website launches and accompanying activities aligned to global strategy.
Maintain uploading of digital assets on internal marketing source file site; inform and educate team on usage.
