Healthcare Intelligence Specialist - North East & Yorkshire
Salary: Highly competitive package + bonus/bensWe are currently recruiting for a market leading healthcare organisation who specialise in healthcare variation analysis and clinical benchmarking solutions to improve quality and efficiency of care for patients. Our client has an exciting new opportunity working as a Healthcare Intelligence Specialist within the health informatics. This exciting role will be working across North East England and Yorkshire.
The purpose of this role is to deliver service excellence to NHS provider and commissioning clients in England.
Experience working within the healthcare marketplace
Experience working with health intelligence data, within a commercial or NHS environment
Ideally a proven track record in commercialising products
Ability to take an account management approach to managing territory business
Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products
Ideally a graduate, with possible further sales/marketing qualification
A current driving licence with no more than 6 points
Developing an expert knowledge of our management information tools and the NHS and other datasets which feed into them; maintaining this knowledge as improvements are made, new tools launched or datasets included.
Supporting clients in their use of our tools for example, delivering training for different user groups.
Delivering excellent client service in whatever form is locally required.
Working with clients at an organisational and an individual level to understand their objectives and challenges
Deliver a programme of work that helps customers to achieve and overcome challenges and objectives and implement measurable change and improvements.
Where appropriate, developing an annual Account Plan with and for each customer, subsequently following up with Quarterly Activity Statements, recording progress against plan objectives and ultimately an Annual Report summarising account activity and the value of this.
Assisting in the securing of customer tool renewals, identifying and drawing to the Business Manager's attention, any opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
Providing feedback from clients on our products and services to the business.
As required, contributing to the development and implementation of the regional business development strategy.
Acting as an expert in patient/information flows across the local health economy for clients and colleagues.
Carrying out bespoke pieces of project and analytical work as required.
