Consumer Marketing Campaign Manager x2 - Ostomy or Continence Care - HO based (Peterborough)
Salary: Highly competitive package + bonus/bensWe are currently recruiting for a market leading Med Tech organisation with two exciting new opportunities working as Consumer Marketing Campaign Managers within the Ostomy or Continence Care markets. These exciting roles will be working nationally from our client's head office in Peterborough. Working in consumer excellence, you will manage and deliver the company's consumer marketing strategy, increasing awareness and conversion into both product and service and ongoing engagement to ensure customers are retained.
Experience (3-5 years) of working with campaign management tools
You will have experience of using a design package e.g. InDesign
Preferred: BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or Health Sciences or professional Marketing qualifications
Experience of planning, developing and implementing direct Marketing and Digital Marketing campaigns
Experience of managing direct marketing schedules
You will have experience within a similar role, with a proven track record of being able to attract new customers via a variety of different mediums
Proven ability to present data/data analysis in an accessible way to non- technical stakeholders/audiences
Ability to demonstrate creative and copywriting skills
Computer literate with a full understanding of MS Office, but also with the ability to learn and utilise new software packages
Proven project and account management skills
Experience of Media and data/list planning
Print and mailing fulfilment expertise
Strong drive, a passion to deliver high quality work with a high degree of detail, accuracy and creativity
Ability to work with people at different levels in the organisation, and have personal impact
To work with the Consumer Marketing team and the Market Managers to manage and implement the consumer Marketing strategy to acquire and retain customers to the product portfolio and the service.
Effectively work with and manage internal stakeholders and external agencies.
To campaign manage the activity plan for all consumer activity, acting as liaison between the Consumer Team responsible for delivering the plan and the Market Managers.
To scope, execute, and analyse campaigns, and review/share results with relevant stakeholders.
To manage and implement the CRM strategy of customers within the prospect database, moving them from cold prospects to users of both products and the service.
To produce creative data selections and co-ordinate database activity, including email and mailings, in collaboration with Market Managers, Global Marketing and external agencies, whilst ensuring accuracy and delivery to deadlines.
To work with the Consumer Insights team, both locally and globally, to ensure the accuracy of customer data and to provide effective reporting for the UK.
Work alongside the Consumer and Customer Care teams to ensure the integration of all campaign activity with the Market Managers.
Perform other duties which may reasonably be assigned by your line manager.
