Meet the Directors
Andy joined the industry in 2000 after graduating from the University of Hull. After spending several years initially working in pharma sales jobs, he moved into the medical device industry in 2005 and spent nearly 3 years working in specialist cardiology. In 2007 he decided to join Chris in setting up their own recruitment company as they were keen to make a difference to the industry by finding the right calibre of individuals to work in these niche sectors.
With a background working originally in the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Rep, Chris moved into the recruitment world shortly after. After working within pharmaceutical recruitment for a number of years, he had the desire to run his own business. Chris' experience and passion for developing people and helping companies to achieve their individual goals, through forging trusting business relationships, led him to set up Evolve Selection with Andy in 2007. They haven’t looked back since!
